Tax havens — where the world's money hides
Small countries with near-zero taxes attract huge fortunes from around the world. How and why.

A tax haven is a country or territory with very low or zero taxes and a lot of secrecy. Companies and wealthy people register their money there to pay lower taxes.
Legal, but controversial
Many of these arrangements are legal, but raise a fairness question: is it right that the wealthiest avoid the taxes ordinary people pay? It's one of the great economic debates of today's world.
