User installs the app
Pays $2.99 (Wallet) or $6.99 (Bank) through Apple App Store. Transaction is recorded for anti-abuse.
Automatic signup bonus
Treasury releases 3,500 KOSR to the wallet or 15,000 KOSR to the bank current account.
Transfers between users
Users can send KOSR to each other by address (in wallet) or IBAN (in bank).
Loans and deposits
The bank offers loans from its own vault, receives interest, pays interest on savings.
Daily accrual
Cron 03:30 daily accrues interest and matures due deposits.
Free issuance
For learning, the treasury can issue KOSR as needed. Signup bonuses are not limited by a fiat reserve.

Issuance with backing
The treasury cannot issue KOSR without a declarative (educational) fiat reserve that covers the new issuance.

How the bank's reserve works.
Kosron Bank has its own vault — a KOSR wallet at the fixed address KOSR1BANKVAULT... Here lives the liquidity the bank uses to offer loans.

- Rate payments + interest → back to the vault
- Admin funds the vault from the central treasury
- Auto-fund: if vault drops below threshold, it receives 5M KOSR
