Mircea the Elder's money — the coinage of Wallachia
The rulers of Wallachia struck their own coinage from the 14th century, a sign of an organized economy.

In Wallachia, rulers such as Vladislav I (Vlaicu Vodă) and later Mircea the Elder struck silver ducats and coins, bearing the country's arms and the ruler's insignia.
An economy on the trade road
These coins showed that Wallachia was integrated into European trade, on the road between West and East. Having your own money meant control over your own economy — exactly what Kosron Bank simulates, on a game scale.
